Terms and Conditions for Maggie’s Soft Pretzels

“Win Pretzels for a Year” Promotion

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Maggie’s Soft Pretzels, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on April 13th at 10 AM and ends on April 19th at Midnight (“Promotion Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter: Participants can enter the Promotion by:

   • No Purchase Necessary Method: To enter without making a purchase, send a postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email to 1510 W. Market St York, PA 17404 labeled “Win Pretzels for a Year Entry”. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 17th, 2024, and received by April 19th, 2024, mirroring the purchase entry deadline.

   • Joining our loyalty program and making a purchase at Maggie’s Soft Pretzels during the Promotion Period. 

   • Following Maggie’s Soft Pretzels on Facebook or Instagram and tagging three friends in the comments of the specified grand opening post.

   • Sharing a photo of their visit to Maggie’s Soft Pretzels on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #MaggiesPretzelLove.

4. Prizes: Five (5) winners will receive free pretzels for a year, limited to one (1) 20 oz cup or one (1) 8" Traditional pretzel(s) per month.. Twenty-five (25) winners will receive free pretzels for a year, limited to one (1) 20 oz cup or one (1) 8" Traditional pretzel(s) per month.

5. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted except by Maggie’s Soft Pretzels due to prize unavailability at the time of awarding, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Maggie’s Soft Pretzels. Winners will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram within five (5) days following selection. Maggie’s Soft Pretzels shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. General Conditions: Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrants’ full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Maggie’s Soft Pretzels, which are final. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Terms and Conditions and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

8. Limitation of Liability: Maggie’s Soft Pretzels is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.

9. Disputes: This Promotion is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
